Treatment of surfaces to be coated

All items to be coated must be thoroughly clean, free from dirt or other residues.

A good degreasing is usually enough to ensure good adhesion. Nonetheless, it's always best to sand surfaces, especially if they're very shiny and smooth.

For cleaning the metal surfaces the suitable diluent is DPM01

Application

Apply the product by spraying only, using normal spray guns, with air pressure set to 3-4 bar and spray nozzles measuring between 1.5 and 2.0 mm.

The thickness of the film to be applied is in the range from 30 to 60 microns. The resulting film air-dries very quickly at ambient temperature.

7 Kg (4 Kg of product A + 2 Kg of product B + 1 Lt of diluent DK600)

Yield

12 m² with 1 KIT of 2 Kg by applying a thickness of 40 µm.
