Treatment of surfaces to be coated

Surfaces to be coated must be clean and free from dirt and grease residues.

Cleaning can be carried out with degreasing solvents or detergents.

To promote better adhesion, especially when dealing with metals or polymers with a very smooth, reflective surface, it's best to sand or brush the surface lightly.

Application

Apply by spraying using normal equipment: nozzles measuring between 1.2 and 1.7 mm and air pressure set to 3-4 bar.

It must be applied in a very thin film, around 30-40 microns thick.

Air-dries at ambient temperature in approx. 30 minutes.

Yield

7 m² with 1 Kg of product by applying a thickness of 30 µm.
