Riloplast spray - Cuprum

400 ml spray can of black wrinkle base + 400 ml spray can of finishing coat. Paint free of heavy metals and toxic substances


  • Before performing the work, ensuring that the parties to be painted are clean and the 2 spray cans are working properly.
  • If the spray can is not working correctly, try inverting it and expel a small amount of propellant gas to clean the nozzle.
  • Holding the spray can of black wrinkle paint at about 20 cm from the part to be painted, spray continuously passing 15 to 20 times if necessary, in order to obtain a high thickness of up to 300 microns. To prevent dripping, allow to rest for 15 - 30 seconds
  • Baking: 90 minutes at 70 to 80° C ■ 120 minutes at 55° C.
    The oven must be at temperature when the painted piece is introduced into the oven.
  • After baking: the spray can finishing coat must be applied.
    Wait for piece painted with the black wrinkle coat to cool after removal from the oven.
    Application of the finishing coat can be performed immediately as well as the next day.
    Make sure that the finishing spray can is working correctly.
    Holding the spray can about 20 cm from the piece, spray the finishing on all parts painted with the black wrinkle coat.
    Apply a thin film without making it too thick.
    Keep the painted piece for approximately 15-20 days in a dust free environment.


    Performance: original, elegant, and vibrant aesthetic effect; notable hardness, scratch, shock, vibration resistant; anticorrosive; resistance at 100° C without colour change; resistance to petrol and diesel, salt water, weather and exposure to sunlight.

    Stability of the two spray cans: 1 year
    In order that the spray cans work correctly:
    Shake well before use - invert the can and spray a little before and after each application.
